Abstract

CV. Marvelindo Utama is a company focused on providing telecommunication products, committed to delivering the best service to its customers. Its biggest challenge lies in data management, where the company still relies on computerized methods using Excel, which is inefficient. This research aims to address this issue by focusing on the integration of efficient supply chain management through the development of a REST API and the implementation of the JWT method to ensure data exchange security. Additionally, the Rapid Application Development methodology is used to expedite the development process, allowing CV. Marvelindo Utama to respond swiftly to changes in the fast-paced business environment. Through two iterations and stages of unit testing and supporting test cases, the developed REST API has demonstrated good performance with an average test time of 28.95 seconds. With these results, CV. Marvelindo Utama is expected to be better prepared to face modern technological challenges, enhance its operational efficiency, and provide the best service to customers in an increasingly competitive business environment..
