Abstract

Distribution information system for a logistics company such as CV. ARY & AGHA is needed to record work reports, because the lack of recording can cause miscommunication to the detriment of the company. The purpose of this website-based distribution information system is to improve efficiency in distribution information management and data management at CV. ARY & AGHA using the Extreme Programming (XP) method. In facing the problem of slow mobility, as well as data management that still relies on ledger records, a more effective solution is needed, namely by creating a distribution information system for recording work and evaluating company performance. The XP method was chosen because it is fast, efficient, and suitable for system design, the XP approach has the advantage of not focusing on just one stage so that the program is quickly completed, the use of this website is one of the platforms because it can be accessed from anywhere and anytime, so as to improve distribution performance and data management in the company CV. ARY & AGHA. The results of this study resulted in a website that improves performance evaluation and data management of CV ARY & AGHA, from manual to online, as well as marketing the company more widely with the Extreme Programming (XP) method. In the Testing phase using the Black box method, out of 113 tests found 10 errors, resulting in a success rate of 91.2% and an error rate of 8.8%. These results show that the CV. ARY & AGHA information website can function properly and is eXPected to help solve evaluation and data management problems in the company. Keywords: CV.
