Abstract

Narcotics are natural, synthetic or semi-synthetic substances that produce hallucinations and cause addiction. Drug abuse can result in negative effects on the user's mental health and also death. BNN implements the Drug Clean Village or Shining Village program to create a drug-free environment. Data collection on drug users by volunteers or officers is carried out manually by filling in the data into a form. Data collection on drug users, volunteers or BNN officers cannot synchronize data, so data collection is prone to duplicate data. The application of computer technology to Android applications can be used as a solution to overcome the problem of synchronizing narcotics users in the Bersinar Village area. With an Android-based application, the application created can be used anytime and anywhere. The aim of this research is to create the Bersinar Village (Clean Narcotics) application to record and synchronize Android-based narcotics users and conduct testing on the Bersinar Village application. The research method used in making the Bersinar Village application was using the Agile Development System method. The Agile method consists of several stages, namely requirements, design, develop, test, deploy, review and maintenance. This research applies black box testing to test the functionality of the Bersinar village application. The results show a value from black box testing with a value of 100% and an average System Usability Scale test value of 82.75 with an Excellent rating with grade B.
