Abstract

CV. Marvelindo Utama, as the official distributor of Smartfren in the Banyumas, Purbalingga, Cilacap, and Kebumen areas (Barlingmascakeb), currently faces inefficiencies in its business processes due to the lack of an adequate supply chain management system. CV. Marvelindo Utama requires an integrated supply chain management information system to resolve these issues. Supply chain management regulates the process from raw materials to the final product, and since CV. Marvelindo Utama does not produce its own products, it falls under downstream supply chain management. The aim of this research is to document the project management of the information system and calculate the total cost and effort estimation using the use case point method. The development of the downstream supply chain management information system for CV. Marvelindo Utama is carried out using the agile development system method with the SCRUM framework. SCRUM is a framework within the agile methodology that focuses on project management in software development. This is crucial to ensure the timeliness, cost, and certainty of project completion. Besides project management, another important aspect is the cost estimation for system development. In this research, the method used is the use case point (UCP) method, which calculates the estimated effort and costs required based on the number and complexity of Use Cases in a system. The UCP calculations indicate that at least 158 working days are needed to create and develop the downstream supply chain management information system for CV. Marvelindo Utama. Another result highlights the importance of good project management in a project, and the use of the SCRUM method is considered effective for documenting project management in the development of the downstream supply chain management information system for CV. Marvelindo Utama. Keywords: Agile SCRUM, Project Management, Supply Chain Management
