Abstract

The development of information technology has experienced rapid growth, especially in Indonesia. Social media such as telegram is one of the products of the rapid development of technology. Through telegram one can easily exchange information and build an online community. One of the online communities is the Gorengan Stock Stock community based on telegram. However, membership management problems due to frequent errors in member data collection have been identified as obstacles in this community. This research proposes a solution by developing a web-based membership information system on Stock Saham Gorengan using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. This research produces a membership information system that utilizes midtrans as a payment service and also telegram bot as a tool to communicate with telegram. Testing in this study uses black-box testing to test system functionality without paying attention to internal software details, ensuring that the system can run as expected without significant errors and getting the conclusion that all features work properly. System Usability Scale (SUS) testing is also used in this study to determine the level of user satisfaction with the application that has been built and produces an average value of 66.5 which is included in the marginal high category.
