Abstract
Financial reports are an important aspect for the operational sustainability and decisionmaking in a company. However, PT. Dafematrans still records its financial reports conventionally, making it vulnerable to errors, data loss, and inefficiency. This research aims to design and build an administration information system for financial reports at PT. Dafematrans, using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. The hope is that this information system can improve accuracy, speed, and efficiency in the company's financial administration process. Data collection is done through interviews, while system design uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML) model. The system implementation is done using Next JS and MySQL as the database. The system testing results show that all system functionalities work well. User Acceptance Test (UAT) results from user trials resulted in a satisfaction index of 85%, which reflects a very good acceptance level of this system. In conclusion, this research shows that the built administration information system for financial reports can provide tangible benefits for improving the operational and financial performance of PT.
