Abstract
In the era of the 4.0 industrial revolution, universities play a crucial role in preparing highquality human resources compatible with the needs of the time. One of the institutions involved in this matter is the Career Development Center (CDC) at Telkom University Institute of Technology Purwokerto. The main challenge faced is the use of the Rothwell Miller Interest Blank (RMIB) psychological test platform, which still relies on conventional media, resulting in a long and complex business process and difficulties in managing student data. Therefore, this research aims to design and develop a web-based RMIB psychological test platform that can automate the test implementation process and student data management at CDC ITTP. This research adopts a webbased system development approach, considering the principles of the Dynamic System Development Method (DSDM). The development is carried out gradually, with a focus on the first Minimum Viable Product (MVP) consisting of automating the test implementation and basic student test data management. DSDM is used as the development framework, emphasizing dynamism, flexibility, and collaboration between developers and stakeholders. Evaluation is conducted through Black Box Testing for validity and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for business process efficiency. This research successfully designs and develops the web-based RMIB psychological test platform that automates the test implementation process and student data management at CDC ITTP. The web-based RMIB psychological test platform, named Inner Journey, has been developed and evaluated. UAT is used to measure user satisfaction with the platform. User satisfaction based on the conducted UAT is 88.4% for efficiency aspects and 88.8% overall. Keywords: Blackbox, CDC, DSDM, Inner Journey, RMIB
