Abstract

Neighborhood Associations are an integral part of Indonesian communities, addressing administrative needs and providing social services and information to residents. At the neighborhood level, specifically in Perumahan Bumi Asri Plumbon, financial administration poses challenges as it relies on manual payment recording, social fund tracking, and monthly financial report generation. This research aims to develop a conceptual system model to facilitate financial management for residents. Utilizing the Agile Scrum methodology, a widely-used development approach known for its high productivity, the study employs Agile for its stages. The initial step involves problem identification through observation and interviews with stakeholders. The identified issue revolves around the inefficiency of the current manual financial administration process. Consequently, the research results indicate that, according to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) score interpretation criteria, Ease of Use, Efficiency, and Design all fall under the "Very Good" category.
