Abstract

The Internet of Things (IoT) is a logic technology that can convey information and data over remote networks to humans to humans or humans to computer contacts. The local government currently supports the development of the Internet of Things (IoT), it is shown by applying the concept of smart city in handling floods and tidal floods in Semarang City. The development of LTE NB-IoT technology is still under development on the parameters, quality and quantity of the network. This is the basis of the problem in research. This research will use the method of making an NB-IoT LTE plan from a frequency of 900MHz, bandwidth of 200 KHz, a Standalone scheme model and an area in Semarang City using Atoll software. The parameters of this study analyzed the simulation of capacity performance for connected users with subscriber input of 9,040 resulting in the number of connected user device of 20,147 user devices, and throughput obtained a value of 29.05 Mbps. Based on the simulation of coverage performance in the Standalone scheme, showed the results that the RSRP value was -77.12 dBm and the SINR value was 4.67 dBm, the minimum RSSI value was -62.25 dBm, and a BLER value of 0.02.
