Abstract

The quality of the project itself is carried out so that there is a guarantee that the results carried out meet the wishes, uses, needs and standards that have been agreed upon in accordance with quality rules and procedures. Quality planning by identifying how quality standards conform to project requirements. Execute as planned to ensure all workers will complete the project meeting the relevant quality standards. Project work is carried out after the RAP (execution budget plan) is made sequentially according to the schedule and work hours that are not onerous.Timeliness (on time) in accordance with the initial preparation schedule, suitability of costs (on budget), purchase of materials, tools. Employee payments for all work including financial needs will be covered and must be in accordance with the RAP (Implementation Budget Plan), planned specifications (on specification) are standards Supervise the results of work specifically so that nothing is missed to identify the overall quality level of the project. Identification of several important factors that dominate the existence of a failure of quality problems in workmanship can be made in the 80-20 rules. This means that 80% of the problems that occur in project work are often due to 20% of the causal activities. Can be presented with a histogram to help identify and prioritize problem areas. So the quality standard of project work is always in line with the needs of materials, workers and performance and accuracy in project work. Keywords: Quality, schedule, Cost
