Abstract

Construction is one of the industries experiencing the largest work accidents in Indonesia with a percentage of 32%. PT. Mitra Eclat Gunung Arta has a history of hazard risks from 2019 to 2022 always up and down. In 2019 there were 26 cases, in 2020 there were 21 cases, in 2021 there was an increase of 24 cases and in 2022 there was a decrease of 10 cases. this is what underlies the conduct of this research on the Type A Main Terminal Revitalization project carried out by PT. Mitra Eclat Gunung Arta which is a company engaged in the construction sector. K3 risk analysis in this study uses the Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, Determining Control (HIRADC) method to identify hazards that occur at the project site so as to minimize the risk of work accidents. In the Type A Pakupatan Main Terminal Revitalization work project, there are 44 hazards with 77 OHS risks that threaten workers with a mild risk level of 34 risks (44.1%) and 25 moderate risks (32.5%), for severe risks totaling 18 (23 ,4%). Prepare navigators for drivers when traveling to carry materials, carry out OSH supervision at the project site so that each work can be properly monitored, carry out routine inspections of project equipment and vehicles, make additional warning signs for workers not to enter areas that are not their area of expertise ..
