Abstract

The rapid development of technology affects many aspects of life, one of which is the economic aspect. The development of this technology requires aspects of the economy to be run more creatively, one of which is through online business. PT. Alva Graha Inti is one of the businesses that has implemented an online business, but it is not maximized because the goods offered are installation goods, where an installation process is required in advance by experts. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to get customer voices on their needs. Customer voices that have been obtained are then processed using the House of Quality to obtain technical responses from the company. The House of Quality approach used serves to analyze the voices of consumers and companies in order to determine the priority needs needed by customers in purchasing air conditioners online. The results of the research produce additional services that are obtained based on elements of getting the job done, design and performance that are expected to help companies run their business online both from customer and company perceptions.
