Abstract
Think Top Drink locations are Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) that serve a variety of beverages, including Boba Tea, and have been operating in Tangerang Banten district's Cikupa sub-district since 2018. The Think Top Drink era currently still uses the manual recording method via Excel where the system used This causes a lot of mistakes and errors when making financial records. The use of the system is considered inappropriate and inefficient in financial management because it can lead to errors. Financial data entry requires a considerable amount of time. A web-based tool for writing notes and reports is what this project aims to provide need a new system that is able to overcome problems in managing financial data quickly and in real time, which can assist in recording and managing finances for income and expenditure. This application was put together using the Agile Development methodology. This technique involves users in the system development process. The owners of Think Top Drink shops should benefit from the activities carried out by this application for documenting financial transactions by being able to more easily keep track of all necessary transactions. The result of this research is a web-based application for the Think Top Drink store. This application is capable of addressing the issues in the Think Top Drink store with features such as employee menu, reports, products, sales, expenses, and accounts. Based on the blackbox testing conducted by one respondent, all features obtained a "successful" result, indicating that all features have been developed according to the user or client's requirements.
