Abstract

The Learning Management System (LMS) is a method that has been used by tertiary institutions that can support and manage the learning process online so that learning process activities at LMS can run smoothly and well. After conducting a survey by distributing questionnaires to LPK Pembangunan LMS users, it was found that the appearance of the LMS was not neat, such as the placement of images, writing and coloring on the LMS, which caused users to be less interested in learning the materials and exploring the LMS more deeply. In order to provide the best experience in teaching and learning activities, the Development LPK LMS needs to be redesigned at the Development LPK LMS. The method used in redesigning using Design Thinking. The design thinking method becomes an approach that will only be user-centered in order to be able to solve a problem, which can later bring about a new innovation. After obtaining a design that meets the user's needs, a test is carried out with the results of the SUS test score above being 73 which is included in the Good, Acceptable category with a grade scale of C.
