Abstract

Alfariz Trans is a bus rental business under the umbrella of PT. Dawn of the Eternal Star. Alfariz Trans is located in Pegalpingen village, Pengadegan district, and Purbalingga district. Alfariz Trans provides bus rental services for various activities such as tours, study tours, industrial visits, etc. Alfariz Trans has some problems scheduling and administering the process because it's still done manually. There are technological advances that can help solve the problems that are happening at Alfariz Trans. One of them is the use of information technology as a website. To produce a good system, the agile method is chosen because of the speed of the system's development time and the presence of iterations in every existing change, so that the development adapts to the needs of the users. The method starts with planning, design, implementation, and testing. The research produced a website-based information system that features bus rental, rental status tracking, invoice printing, and bus schedule information. Tests are carried out using the System Usability Scale method to determine the usability of the system for the user. The result of this study is a bus rental system with a SUS 71 rating that is categorized as a B grade with a Good rating. The bus rental system is built to meet the needs of users based on the results of the tests carried out. Keyword : Agile, Transportation, Website, Rental, Information System
