Abstract

The spread of covid 19 pandemic could making the economy in Indonesia down significantly and to deal with this problem, the government allocates the state budget to be used for social assistance which will be provided to people affected by Covid 19. This distribution is generally prone to abuse by local and central governments, therefore there must be effective and transparent supervision so that Social Assistance can be given on target with fair and equitable. To make this happen, a Social Assistance website was created where this website aims to register and check social assistance received by the surrounding community, and this can also involve central government staff, local governments, and the community to monitor the process of using the Social Assistance website. With the existence of this Social Assistance website, it can be used optimally in the public interest, and overcome public concerns, but some ordinary people still do not understand how to utilizing technology, therefore there must be a briefing from local governments to provide knowledge about the use of this Social Assistance website. The research method used is the Scrum method by doing 4 Sprints, of which 1 Sprint consists of 7 days, this method is useful for adapting to a fast website so that developers can make changes to any form. The results of testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS) divided by questionnaires scored 81 or Grade A, in which these results are good in testing the CekBansos website.
