Abstract

Apotek Habibi uses books as a data collection tool and a calculator to calculate sales. Based on these problems, an Android-based mobile application system is needed that can replace manual recording and make it easier for pharmacists to work, starting from collecting stock data on drug availability, calculating sales every month. This research produces an Android-based mobile application using the Flutter framework and Firebase database using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. This application replaces books and calculators, allowing pharmacists to manage drug stocks more effectively and calculate monthly sales automatically. This application uses Blackbox testing using 7 (seven) components and 21 types of tests which produces a 100% valid value and can be run well in various environments. Based on the results of the effectiveness test using the PSSUQ method, which obtained an overall score of 1.37. The improvement in the transaction and sales data collection process in the Habibi Pharmacy Application increased by 4.72 points from the previous system with a value of 6.08. Based on the PSSUQ method where if the points are below 4 then it can be effectively obtained that the Application is effective for use at the Apotek Habibi. This application not only increases the performance efficiency of Apotek Habibi but also reduces the risk of errors and data loss. By switching to this technological approach, Apotek Habibi can increase its productivity and provide better service to customers. Keywords: Pharmacy, Android, RAD, Flutter, Blackbox
