Abstract

Alumni are a valuable asset from an educational unit. The existence of alumni can be used to increase the accreditation of educational units by tracking their activities after graduation. Likewise, what happened at SMK Ma'arif NU Doro Pekalongan routinely tracks alumni. The alumni/Special Job Exchange (BKK) unit of SMK Ma'arif NU Doro Pekalongan must process such a large amount of alumni data to provide the desired report. This requires quite a bit of time. According to the school, the use of Google form is still ineffective, so a system is needed. One solution to help improve the optimal management of alumni data is to use the study tracer website to track alumni activities easily and quickly. In this study, a study tracer website was built using the Agile method. Agile is a method in which the problem solving of the development of an information system is carried out quickly and repeatedly according to the agreed solution, which requires collaboration with the parties involved. Agile is suitable for making information system projects that require fast time. From the results of the black box testing that has been carried out to evaluate the functionality of the system that has been made, it shows that all functions are running according to plan so that the system is ready to use and can run as desired.
