Abstract

PUSKESMAS Sumberker is a state-owned health facility located in Biak Numfor district, the institution does not yet have a special application for managing Non-Communicable Disease (NCD) patient data, in this research will use the prototype method to solve these problems with the results that have been carried out for the application of the method can be said to be successful for the development of application systems. Then at the stage of testing the application with the whitebox method carried out by the researchers themselves at least one test for each menu, the conclusion of the results of each menu that is tested can execute commands properly and accordingly so that the application testing results have been successful and then for black-box testing is done by giving a questionnaire to prospective users with a total of 20 questions regarding the performance of each menu in the application and 8 people are willing to be correspondents with the results, out of 20 questions each question gets 8 valid answers, then in feasibility testing 7 questions are executed using the descriptive statistics method with 8 participants around 7 people or 87.5% agree that the application built can help in managing ptm data and 1 person or 12.5% answers no so that the conclusion of the application is considered feasible because more people answer agree.
