Abstract

The development of information systems that are oriented towards society is being developed to facilitate the public in accessing and searching for information in the form of a website. Electronic and internet mass media are the most effective and efficient means of disseminating information. Because these are the most frequently used media by individuals, educational institutions, health institutions, and government institutions. The National Population and Family Planning Board (BKKBN) of Central Java is a non-government organization (NGO). It has responsibility and authority in the field of population prevention and family planning. BKKBN is fully responsible to the President in the health field through the Minister. The important role of UPT KKB Banyumas as a publication media requires support from various communication, information and education (KIE) media. However, there is still a problem due to the lack of journalism media, especially webbased electronic mass communication media that can spread information quickly and without limits. Therefore, a design interface of a website for UPT KKB Banyumas was created. The collaboration between the UPT KKB Training Center and the Software and Multimedia Engineering Group (KKRPLM) of Telkom University of Technology Purwokerto is related to social service activities, field work practices and communication, information, and education tools. In the process of designing the interface, the website was built using UsabilityTesting as a research method and System Usability Scale, Software Usability Measurement Inventory, and Umux lite as testing methods to obtain research results on the level of user satisfaction with the interface of the UPT KKB Banyumas website.
