Abstract

Boarding houses are temporary housing providers provided by boarding owners, generally boarding houses are residential buildings in the form of rooms or rooms to live in. The use of the website in the boarding business sector is still very minimally implemented in managing boarding data or information, this is still done conventionally, especially at the Sruntul boarding house located in Purwokerto. data management of bookings, payments, and personal data of boarding house occupants will be difficult to process for data archiving purposes and knowing the boarding house payment schedule for each boarding house occupant. This study uses the agile method in the design and development of a website-based information system, the agile method is a software development methodology that has the advantage of short-term system development that requires rapid adaptation of development to changes in any form. The design of this boarding house information system was designed using the PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language and the Laravel framework, in building this boarding information system, black box testing was used in testing application functionality, with this information system boarding houses, it can facilitate data collection on boarding houses, management ordering data, archives of payment records, and personal data archives of boarding house occupants, as well as knowing the boarding house payment schedule for each boarding house occupant using the website.
