Abstract

Warmindo Budhe'Ami is currently still using the free WiFi system by asking the seller for a password, this causes a lack of security in the wifi network system because wifi passwords are often breached. Not only is there a problem with wifi password security, bandwidth usage is also a problem because there is no sharing of bandwidth for each user so that many users cannot access the internet. In order to solve this problem, Warmindo Budhe'Ami needs an internet user management system so that only certain users can access the internet. This research uses Captive Portal and Simple Queue to solve a problem at Warmindo Budhe'Ami. This research produces a user management system using Captive Portal. Customers who have registered on the Warmindo Budhe'Ami hotspot network can access the internet without asking for a password again, the bandwidth has been distributed evenly among all internet users using the Simple Queue method.
