Abstract

The rapid development of technology is currently making the business world more crowded. PT Annizam Sejahtera Bersama is a sub contractor company of PT Bahtera Bahari Sypyard. Based on observations from PT Annizam Sejahtera Bersama, presence is still using manually, namely by signature, this company has not implemented a consistent information system for attendance and payroll. Based on the problems above, the use of electronics is needed by adding the fingerprint feature. Overall, using attendance and payroll information systems can generate the reports required by the company. Reports include information about employee attendance, payroll, and other relevant statistics. This report can be used by company management as a basis for decision making and analysis of employee performance. With this system, the company can carry out company activities in a structured manner and facilitate the process of employee attendance and payroll. The results of this study produce a tool and system that uses a fingerprint as an attendance device that is connected to the Node MCU V3, a temperature sensor as a detector for employee temperature if the temperature is above 37 degrees, then employees are not allowed to come to work. The Rashberry Pi microcontroller is used as a transmission medium to the web, which is connected using a wifi network, so that it is easier for the admin to calculate monthly salaries and superiors can control the presence of their employees at any time.
