Abstract

One of the public health services is a pharmacy. Provision of medical services, treatment, hospital, outpatient, and medical treatment to the community. The processing and storage of medical reports in various health facilities is handled inefficiently by recording them on paper. One of the solutions to improve health services is to create a web-based medical system that doctors can easily access via the internet. One method that can be used to design a system is the scrum method. The Scrum approach is part of the discipline of agile software development. Scrum is recognized for producing high-quality, on-demand software that is adaptable to change and suitable for projects large and small. The research flow begins by identifying the problems that exist in the pharmacy and analyzing the needs that must be met by the system. After that, the stages of Scrum activities are implemented, which include the formulation of the Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, Sprint Overview, and Sprint Retrospective. Scrum's structured and iterative approach allows the system to continue to be developed in the next sprint if the product in the initial sprint does not fully meet the user's needs. In this study, black box testing was carried out on medical systems to verify that all functions made meet the expected returns. The test results show that black box testing has succeeded in achieving a 100% success rate in verifying system functionality. This indicates that the web-based medical record system has succeeded in meeting the requirements and objectives set in the development process using the Scrum approach.
