Abstract

Practical work is a form of activity which is one of the compulsory subjects at the Faculty of Telecommunications and Electrical Engineering (FTTE). This activity is one of the activities participated by students by working directly in the company environment. Practical work is a mandatory requirement for students to be able to take thesis courses as a graduation requirement. PT. Bio Farma is the place where this practical work will take place. This company is a subsidiary of a State- Owned Enterprise (BUMN) engaged in the production of vaccines, antisera and other biological products (Life Science) in Indonesia. During the implementation of Practical Work at PT. Bio Farma, the author is assigned to the Tetanus Vaccine Production Section. The Tetanus Vaccine Production Department has a special task, namely to produce tetanus vaccine bulk toxoid, starting from tetanus bacterial culture to producing tetanus vaccine bulk products.
