Abstract

Supply chain is an activity to convert raw materials and natural resources into products that will be marketed to consumers. Supply Chain Management is a process for efficient integration where goods can be produced and distributed in the right quantity, time, and location between suppliers, factories, distributors, and end consumers to minimize costs in order to provide a level of customer satisfaction. Kampoeng Wisata Mino was established with the aim of introducing the typical Banyumas snacks, namely nopia and mino, as well as to improve the local economy. There are 19 heads of families who work as nopia and mino makers. Problems that often occur in this business, apart from competition between fellow makers of nopia mino, there is also a decrease in nopia mino production during the pandemic. With these problems, it is necessary to analyze the supply chain and measure the decline in production that occurred in Kampoeng Wisata Nopia Mino, Pakunden Village. The method used in this study is the SCOR Model. The SCOR Model has six processes including plan (planning), source (procurement), make (manufacture), deliver (delivery), return (return), and enable (management of inventory and capital assets). The results of this study are recommendations for improvement of Supply Chain Management in increasing the production of nopia and mino.
