Abstract

PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk, commonly known as Tekom Indonesia or Telkom, is an information and communication company and the most complete telecommunications network and service provider in Indonesia. Telkom is said to be the largest telecommunication company in Indonesia, with 15 million fixed line subscribers and 104 million cellular phone subscribers. Telkom is one of the BUMNs whose shares are currently owned by the Indonesian government by 52.09% and 47.91% owned by the public. Telkom shares are traded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with the code "TLKM" and the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) with the code "TLK". PT Telkom has quality products and services that are superior in competing in the world of network business where the products are Indihome, Telkomsel, Astinet, Sakoo, Padi, Agree, Orbit, Link Aja, Wifi.id, UseeTv and so on. The business that is arguably the most used is Indihome. In the final report on this field work practice, the author has carried out street vendors for more than one month. During the street vendors, the author straightens data / processes data input by sales about what is happening in the field using spreadshead. Therefore the author raises the title "CUSTOMER STATUS DATA PROCESSING IN Script WRITERS" which discusses the flow of reporting carried out by sales.
