Abstract

Field work practice is an activity where students can gain experience both in the field and in theory. The implementation of field work practices is at PT. Telkom Access Pugeran Yogyakarta. In this field work practice, the author is placed in the provisioning section. The activities carried out are complete work activities on order modification and deactivation and then input the NTE dismantling work on the LENSA application. To perform a complete work activity, it takes customer data in the form of a starclick number which is updated every day on google docs and then NOSSA, which is the company's website, is needed to carry out the complete work activity process. In the process of inputting the NTE dismantling work, some data such as the ONT and STB serial numbers are needed and make an official report on the revocation of Telkom's NTE equipment.
