Abstract
Rejosari Village is located in Bojong District, Pekalongan Regency, Central Java Province, with a population of around 1,972 people. In this village, the servants provided by the village hall are still manual, which sometimes has problems. Among them, residents must come directly to the village hall office while still outside the city and really need an application letter. Then there was no media information provided as a result when going to submit a letter of requirements that were brought not appropriate. In addition, the results of the letter data collection are still in the books. Of the various existing problems that should have been resolved in the era of the 4.0 digital technology revolution. Therefore we need a service system for submitting application letters. The system is designed to solve existing problems. The integrated service system for residents of Rejosari Village is a web-based information system, the use of technology in the form of a website makes it easier to receive all forms of existing information. By using a browser and internet connection. In addition, this system can make it easier for village officials to collect administrative data. In the process of developing this system, the Extreme Programming (XP) method is applied, which is a software engineering process that refers to an object-oriented approach. In addition, this method is more efficient, adaptive and flexible in the system development process. The stages in using this method are starting from the planning, designing, coding and testing stages, while the testing stage of this system uses blackbox testing with descriptive analysis techniques which produces a percentage value of 96.42% and has a very feasible interpretation. Keywords: Service, Website, Extreme Programming (XP) Method, Information system, Blackbox Testing
