Abstract

In almost all workplaces there are potential hazards or hazards whose existence can trigger work accidents that can harm humans, equipment, materials and the environment. Without exception PT Perkebunan Teh Tambi is one of the tea plantations in Central Java located in Wonosobo Regency. Tambi tea is famous for its Black Tea which has a delicious taste and a fragrant aroma. The purpose of this study is to know the incidence of risks, risk agents and preventive measures in thework of theTambi Bedakah Tea factory. Methodologies used in risk identification based on previous research and field observations, in risk analysis using the HOR approach. So, with the identification of hazards in the Tambi Bedakah Tea factory, it is expected to be known what accidents often occur and the cause of the work accident. Once known some of these causes, it is expected that mitigation processes can be carried out to minimize the occurrence of similar work accidents.
