Abstract
Certified Independent Studies is one of the programs of the independent campus. The program allows students to study outside the classroom. The Certified Independent Study Activities at the ICE Institute, Open University has an output in the form of a game development capstone project. This game development work lasted approximately two months. The game developed is the Fish Fishing Rumble game. The development of this game aims to create games that can be entertaining and can provide education about the islands and the types of fish that exist in Indonesia. This game is a casual fishing game. This game is set in several Indonesian islands, such as the waters of Sumatra Island and Papua Island. Players will collect fish on each of these islands. This game can be played by all ages. The game development group consists of ten people and represents four fields, namely: game designer, game artist, game programmer, and game project management. Game designers are in charge of creating game design documents (GDD), wireframes, and prototypes of the game UI.
