Abstract

In the industrial world, it cannot be separated from the distribution of goods to warehouses or to customers, the division responsible for the distribution of the goods is the logistics division. The logistics division is responsible for the distribution of goods, vehicle procurement, selection of distribution channels, and driver safety. The health of workers is very important for the continuity of the logistics process, if the logistics process is hampered, the stock in the warehouse will accumulate and this will increase costs for the company. So that the SBI annually updates the GPS feature in every truck to reduce the risk of work accidents and reduce the violation points obtained by the driver, because if the driver earns violation points the driver can get a penalty and cannot get any more transportation by the company. The previously available IVMS (In Vehicle Monitoring System) feature in PT. Solusi Bangun Indonesia there are still some shortcomings, for example, they still do not pay attention to the welfare of drivers, welfare here means that many drivers still get violation points and lack of features in the GPS system. The input to the existing repair system has an alarm feature to improve the welfare of drivers and make drivers focus on their safety, because in this repair input system there is an alarm for every violation, and drivers will get +2 violation points if they violate the alarm.
