Abstract

Internship activities are a means of self-actualization in the form of soft skills and hard skills that have been obtained during the lecture period which are then applied in an agency/company for several months. This internship report provides an overview of the stages of work implementation, obstacles and their solutions, and the results that have been obtained for 5 months, from March 1, 2022 to July 31 2022. The author was placed in the Project Management Officer at PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk with a variety of work carried out such as making Lean Canvas, management people, making use cases for product use, taking notes and writing letters, making information architecture, making Work Breakdown Structures and activity rundowns. The partnership design on the projects carried out includes BUMN Digital Talent, Pentahelix Network, and Blue Economic Network. Based on the implementation of existing internships, the authors get an overview of the application of knowledge or theory gained in lectures as well as new knowledge gained from the internship process, new experiences in adapting to the world of work, and getting a variety of skills, both hard skills and soft skills that are very supportive in work.
