Abstract

Cooperation with other parties is very much needed by Diponegoro University in order to improve institutional capabilities in realizing its vision and mission. The conventions set forth in the cooperation agreement document which are the basis for the implementation of the cooperation must be archived and managed properly. The management of collaboration document archives at Diponegoro University is still not optimal because the data collection or archiving system uses Ms. Excel which is considered to require technology and collaborative reporting is also still using Google Forms which often results in data loss. Utilization of information technology is very crucial for managing the archiving of cooperation agreement documents. This study aims to design a collaboration application display that can record the process of proposing a cooperation agreement to the process of archiving the cooperation agreement document. The results obtained from this study are in the form of a display design of the Diponegoro University cooperation system which can be the beginning of technological advancements in the Financial and Asset Cooperation Division of Diponegoro University and this research produces several diagrams that can be used as a reference for making financial and asset cooperation system applications. The importance of design documents like this is done in order to facilitate the process of making system applications. The design of the application display for the financial and asset cooperation system can be added to the feature of making a cooperation draft in the system
