Abstract

The unification of many functions of communication tools has been fused in a communication tool called a smartphone (HP). Smartphone is a mobile phone with more capabilities, ranging from resolution, features, to computing including the existence of a mobile operating system in it, and as for the diversity of applications, ranging from social media applications, chat applications, to appatoran with features that are easy to use to help facilitate the job. TELKOM INDONESIA is a State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) engaged in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) services and telecommunications networks in Indonesia. UI / UX is one of the important aspects of making drastic changes to the development of smartphone applications. Thus,User interface (UI) and User Experiece (UX) present application designs that not only work perfectly but are easy to use. To achieve the expected usability in accordance with what cools user interface development using a method of solving problems that have not been clearly defined by understanding the needs of users who will be involved using the application, by collecting ideas or ideas in brainstorming sessions, and approaching directly through the creation of prototypes. and testing directly to users, this study uses a method called Design thinking. Thinking Design prioritizes the user centered design aspect, so a RIDEON application is developed that can help facilitate regional MSO III units in analyzing data, searching for data, and viewing data.
