Abstract

Things that are not realized by many people that the trigger for fire can occur due to several factors including cable protectors that are peeled so that they are flammable, resources from the sea are very much, but these resources are easily damaged if not stored in the right place. Electrical installations aim to ensure human safety from the dangers of electric shock. Damage that occurs in fish meat can be prevented by using several preservation methods, including refrigeration. The method used in this study is Air Blast Freezer which can produce a temperature of -18 degrees in a short time with freezing that does not change fish meat to other processed forms. The production process using the Air Blast Freezer method works very effectively to suppress microbial activity and reduce enzymatic processes that can accelerate fish damage.
