Abstract

Every organization will face various kinds of risks in achieving the goals and objectives of the organization. Risk can result in financial loss, data loss, and even failure in organizational achievements. BRT Trans Jateng has implemented IS / IT to support operational activities. In the application of information technology, the Trans Central Java BRT experienced IT problems, namely the unstable connectivity of the e-ticketing device. The current condition of Trans Central Java BRT already has Minimum Service Standards and Standard Operational Procedures, but does not yet have risk management documents. Companies must report regarding the implementation of GRC, including governance, risk management, and compliance with regulations in carrying out their business activities so that the implementation of the GRC scheme must be carried out. This study aims to achieve good governance, namely compiling the Risk Policy document and the Risk Register of the Trans Central Java BRT. This research uses the ISO 31000: 2018 framework. Based on the analysis of several frameworks, ISO 31000: 2018 is in accordance with the conditions of the Trans Central Java BRT. This framework can be applied within the organization. The result of this research is that the risk management of Trans Jateng BRT has a value of 19 and is included in the Risk Defined category. In addition, 75 risks were identified in total. It is hoped that the preparation of information technology risk management documents will be implemented so that it can assist the Trans Central Java BRT in the continuity of target achievement and the maximum application of information technology in anticipating risks.
