Abstract
In the era of the current technology, the development towards increasing information needs, not only the information in the form of text and images, but also involves all aspects of multimedia, one of the multimedia video streaming. To realize a reliable communication on video streaming with high realibility and availability are maintained. IETF working group formed for the purpose of menstandarkan protocols that use the shipping label swapping (Exchange of labels). MPLS technology is present as the basic label swaping is expected be the solution improved network layer routing to increase the performance of the network. MPLS has high availability and consistent performance. Therefore MPLS is well suited for use on the use of streaming video service. On the application of streaming video service more using IPv4, this is because RTSP protocol devoted to streaming video service can not be used on IPv6. But by using prokol HTTP can be used on IPv6 and use TCP as the Protocol for sending data. On the IPv6 addressing protocol routing can be used one is the OSPFv3. In order for MPLS can work on IPv6 then used a method one is the routing protocol using 6PE OSPF and OSPFv3. On this test used two scenarios with scenario one using one client and two scenarios using two client. On the results of testing and data capture the QoS parameter values are obtained in the form of throughput, delay, jitter, packet loss. On this research obtained value ranges between 335.56 Kbps throughput up to 562.31 Kbps throughput by using a parameter On one client IPv4 better while using two IPv6 clients better, the value of the delay 14.93 ms up to 27.04 ms delay parameters on a single IPv4 client better while using two client IPv6 better jitter values, ranges between 0.02 ms up to 0.42 ms On jitter parameters by using one client and two IPv4 client better, at a value of 0% packet loss. On the results of parameter delay still in the category of either because of under 150 ms, jitter parameters on the results is still in the good category due to under 20 ms, packet loss parameters on the results is still in the good category due to under 0%-0.5%.
