Abstract
In the development of communication technology today, there are some network infrastructure that is used, such as one of them is VSAT. VSAT networks are commonly used in ATM communication systems, Broadcast TV, and various other communication services. This Field Work Practice Report discusses the management and monitoring of VSAT ATM BCA recovery in Jabodetabek area caused by Telkom 1 satellite anomaly. In the process of recovery, there are some things that must be monitored and the project completion strategy to be timely. One of the methods used in handling this disturbance is by using VSAT antenna repointing method and M2M modem installation. Key word : recovery, VSAT, monitoring,management, repointing
