Abstract

Karaoke places are an alternative form of vacation spots for the general public to enjoy in their free time. In recent years, the karaoke business has been in increasing demand and increasing in number. Rita Karaoke Pemalang's entertainment venue provides comfortable and safe facilities for customers or customers, as well as regarding the rates for Rita Karaoke Pemalang's entertainment venues that are not too expensive, but the conditions for ordering product menus are still carried out by means of customers/customers coming to the cashier or looking for waiters while the waiters themselves do not always stay at one point, this creates inefficiencies in time, because time will be wasted while the distance between rooms to where the cashier takes a considerable distance. By utilizing information technology, a system can be built that is useful for ordering available product menus without having to go to the cashier or looking for waiters to become web-based by connecting the website to each PC in each karaoke room, this will make it easier for customers/customers to order product menus. This study uses the prototype method which begins with gathering needs. Development and the client meet to define the overall objectives of the origin of the application, identify all requirements in terms of input and output formats as well as an overview of the interface, after testing and assessment. The result obtained is a website that will make it easier for customers to order a menu of products available at Rita Karaoke Pemalang, without having to go to the cashier or look for waiters/employees. With the average number of SUS (System Usability Scale) calculations being 82.5, it can be concluded that the user satisfaction test for the product menu ordering website is included in the Excellent category with a grade B scale.
