Abstract

Inventory is a crucial factor in a company, both large and small, to support smooth production by providing the necessary components for manufacturing. Keeping up with technological advancements requires a perfect supporting tool that enables us to process and access data quickly and accurately, allowing us to utilize the remaining time for other activities. Agile methodology will be employed for application development as it focuses on handling changes according to user needs and speed. Agile Development Methodology emphasizes the involvement of partners as users. In this case study, the focus is on KY Modified, a store selling various motorcycle accessories. The objective of this research is to design a web based inventory information system as a solution to the problems arising from manual data processing by presenting reports based on the data recorded in the system quickly, accurately, and precisely. The result of this research is the successful development of a web-based inventory information system for KY Modified store, featuring stock management, incoming goods, outgoing goods, and generating summary reports.
